Due to the nature of notary, apostille, translation, and mentorship services, all payments are final.

Once a service has been completed or initiated, refunds are not provided. If you have any questions before booking, please feel free to reach out — I’m happy to guide you.

Appointments may be rescheduled with advance notice. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.

Please reach out as soon as possible if you need to make changes. I’ll always do my best to accommodate.

All notary services are performed in accordance with California state laws. Clients must provide valid identification, and all signers must be present at the time of notarization. I do not provide legal advice.

Certified translations are completed accurately and formatted for official use. Interpreter services are provided for communication support only. I am not an attorney or immigration consultant and do not provide legal advice or complete legal forms on behalf of clients.
